This page explains how to have data held by the publishing tool at
https://masspostingstudio.com deleted. It is provided to satisfy the data deletion
requirements of Meta, Google and TikTok.
In the panel, open Accounts, choose the connected account and select Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for that account. The Service loses all access to the account at that moment.
Access can also be revoked without involving us:
Revocation takes effect immediately; the stored token stops working and is removed on the Service’s next refresh cycle.
Uploaded videos, generated renditions, thumbnails, captions and collected statistics are deleted from the panel: remove the asset or post record, or remove the connected account to delete everything published from it. Deletion is permanent and covers both the database records and the stored files.
To request deletion of everything associated with an account, write to [FILL IN: see .env] with the platform and the account handle. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
Encrypted database backups are rotated and expire within 30 days; data removed from the live system disappears from backups as they roll over. Audit log entries recording that a publish happened are retained without the content itself, because they are the record of what was posted.
